By accessing the Mombasa Boxing Community (MBC) website, registering for events, purchasing tickets, or participating in MBC activities, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. 2. Event Ticketing & Admission
All ticket sales for MBC events (including showpieces at Mama Ngina Waterfront) are subject to availability and venue capacity constraints:
- Tickets are non-refundable unless an event is permanently canceled without rescheduling.
- MBC reserves the right to refuse entry or eject any individual whose conduct is deemed disorderly, disruptive, or unsafe to athletes and spectators.
- Event fight cards, schedules, and bout pairings are subject to change due to athlete health, weight requirements, or technical factors.
3. Athlete Registration & Participation
Fighters registering through the MBC portal agree to submit accurate personal details, medical records, and sporting history:
- Athletes must meet all physical fitness and sanctioning requirements prior to bout confirmation.
- MBC assumes no liability for injuries sustained during sanctioned bouts beyond standard event medical coverage guidelines.
4. Intellectual Property
All content published on this website—including logos, designs, text, graphics, and video highlights—is the property of Mombasa Boxing Community (MBC) and protected under Kenyan copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial distribution without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
5. Limitation of Liability
Mombasa Boxing Community, its directors, partners, and representatives shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from website downtime, unauthorized access to form submissions, or third-party ticketing platforms.
